HJ Chemical Process Pump

1. Overview of the HJ chemical process pump HJ corrosion-resistant chemical process pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its marking, rating characteristics, and dimensions all comply with the GB5662-1985 standard, which is equivalent to ISO2858-1975. It is the same type as the IH-type pump promoted by the country.  HJ chemical process pump parts in contact with the medium are commonly used cast iron, cast steel, 2Cr13, 0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 40Cr, Monel, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, Ti (titanium), 00Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti, Hastelloy B alloy, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 Series alloy, 20 alloy steel, 0Cr25Ni6Mo3Cu2Mn2Si and other materials. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal, dynamic seal, and packing seal. Users can choose arbitrarily according to the actual working conditions.   2. Application of HJ chemical process pump Paper industry: transportation of pulp cooking liquor and bleaching liquor. Iron and steel industry: electroplating, pickling, waste acid treatment. Alkali production industry: ammonia salt solution produced by soda ash and ammoniacal alkali, room temperature caustic soda produced by chloralkali, chlorine products, and chlorates, hypochlorites Nonferrous metallurgy: transportation of electrolytes for copper and nickel electrolysis, acid mist liquid for cobalt production, ore slurry for zinc production, ammonium vanadate for vanadium production, acid and thiourea liquid for gold production, etc. Petrochemical industry: petroleum refining, acetaldehyde, and manufacturing of alkyl benzene.
