FSB pump use, installation, and precautions

1. The pump and motor should be inspected before installation. All parts should be intact and there should be no debris in the pump.

2. Place the pump in a horizontal position, connect the inlet and outlet pipes, and turn on the power supply. Then turn the coupling by hand. Check whether there is any friction. If the rotation is easy and even, the installation is complete.

3. The steel of plastic alloy pumps is poorer than that of metals, so the weight of the pipeline cannot be directly pressed on the pump body. The inlet and outlet pipelines should be supported by additional brackets. Pumps with high lifts should also be equipped with a check valve at the outlet to prevent sudden changes. FSB-type fluoroplastic alloy pump consists of a pump body, impeller, cover, seals, bracket, pump shaft, coupling, lifting bolts, nuts, base plate, etc.

1. Pump body: One steel flange ring embedded in the left and right connecting parts is molded into plastic alloy. Starting and stopping

1. Fill the water pump with enough liquid (prime the liquid).
